A sound bath is a meditative and immersive experience where you are surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound. The vibrations are created with the use of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other harmonic tools. These vibrations create a therapeutic and calming atmosphere, which lulls you into a state of relaxation, stress reduction and even heighten mindfulness.
